During the Certification Base Training you will be trained in the Jane® Talent Methodology and enabled to guide people in discovering their natural talents, their unique destination (work/private) and their personal growth inhibitor(s), also referred to as the blind spot. 

After completing this training you will receive a Jane® certificate including access to your own account in our online application. Certified coaches work with us on the basis of a license agreement. 

The Jane® Institute offers multiple knowledge sharing & intervision sessions annually for certified coaches. We do this in close collaboration with yourself and other coaches in our network in order to utilize the knowledge and experience
